1. A sample document of 1 paragraph can be translated free of charge for quality assurance purposes.
2. Payment terms: Entire payment upon completion of work with special volume discounts if applicable.
3. Further quality assurance: If any translation quality problems arise they will be corrected free of charge if the problems are reported within 30 days of submission of our translated document(s).
To send a text for translation,
fill in the Quote Form or send copy of text by e-mail. Don't forget to state name, company, e-mail address, word count in the text and to which languages you want translation.
After reviewing your document, we will give you a free estimate for our services. Usually we are able to complete our estimate within a day of receiving your information. We will get back to you with an offer which has to be approved by you before the translation is initiated.
You will be notified when your translation is finished. At that point, you make the payment.
When we receive your payment, we send you the translation by e-mail.
We handle a lot of different translation projects every day, and that's why our rates vary depending on deadline and what type of text it is. Approximately, rate is $0,04 per word.
